Learning how to meditate or going deeper into meditation is what I AM guided to do today. Take off your shoes & socks and get comfortable in a chair or on a bed before calling in or tuning into the program online. If at all possible use a headset or blue tooth for your cell phone. Turn everything off, so tht you will not be disturbed. This time is for you.......... I don't know what I will channel, but we will find out together. ;0)
