Aquarian Arts Cal Howard

Talking with Cal Howard, visual artist living in Ontario, Canada. Cal’s work is created through a unique "metamorphosis" using classic photography, Photoshop technology, artistic vision and perhaps..... just a touch of magic. Each individual work of art beckons us to enter a world unlike our literal reality: A world where hope, dreams, and imagination blend to reflect flexibility, growth, and transformation. It wasn’t until four years ago that , Cal says he finally had the courage to follow his own creative instinct and began to work with computer paint programs. What began as artistic dabbling in the digital medium, began to evolve as his enjoyment dramatically increased. By 2007 he was working intensely with digital software. Like most artists, instinctively driven by a strong desire to create, he questioned his passion as an artist. Fortunately, with the enthusiastic encouragement of family and friends who recognized and appreciated his growing talent, he continued to produce increasingly striking and sensitive pieces that reflected his interest in his own spiritual development. As he explores his own evolving awakening, it is his hope that viewers may find themselves also moving inward and deeper into our own soul journeys.
