Rich Sheridan: Joy Inc.

When we heard that there was a company that valued “joy” as a business strategy, that the business was very successful, that the CEO was the driver behind it and that he had just written a book about it that Tom Peters, author of In Search of Excellence, deemed it to be a “masterpiece,” we knew that some was someone we wanted on the show.
