As CTO, Nik is responsible for cultivating the ideal technology stack used to service Switchfast clients. As VP of Client Services, he is responsible for gathering and analyzing customer satisfaction data to continually improve the Switchfast client experience.

A Certified Information Systems Security Professional with 17 years of experience in IT managed services, Nik is an IT security expert who always strives to provide secure technology solutions to Switchfast’s clients. Nik joined Switchfast as a Systems Engineer and helped build the company into the thriving business it is today. Prior to joining Switchfast, Nik leveraged his passion for technology by building servers, networks and websites for organizations including The University of Chicago and Browne & Miller Literary Associates. Nik received his bachelor’s degree from The University of Michigan and his master’s from The University of Chicago.
