Following The 12 Baby Steps you'll begin with a declaration of a bold commitment to change in Baby Step #1, and then guided by Nanette Saylor's soothing voice, you'll gain clarity and serenity with each step.  With each step, Nanette will highlight examples of tools, resources, and practices that will become lifelong aids for your self development. You select only the ones that work for you, the ones that are easy to integrate into your busy life. Before you know it, you'll be giving thanks and celebrating your new found success with Baby Step #12.
