Angelica is excited to welcome Pat Gatt to the show today. Pat was born in Brooklyn in 1954. Schools she attended include: Our Lady of Grace School in Howard Beach, NY; Bishop McDonnell H.S. in Brooklyn, NY; John Adams H.S. in Ozone Park, NY; The Brooklyn Museum Art School in Brooklyn, NY; The Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC and Queens College in Flushing, NY where she majored in English Literature and Art History. Pat possesses over 40 years of sales experience and has worked in a sales and communications capacity for such companies as: Hilton Hotels, General Electric (GE Polymershapes – Plastics Division) and Re/Max and Century 21 Real Estate. She is currently employed at the Queens Chronicle, a county- wide community newspaper where she serves as an Account Executive, Contributing Writer and Photographer. She won a First Prize award in 1973 for her watercolor portrait “Etherea” at the Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local #3 Spring Art Exhibition in 1973 and her photography appeared on the cover of Connections Magazine in Milford, PA in August of 2003 as well as in the Queens Chronicle, along with contributory stories, since 2007. She is also an active member and the Public Relations Director for Kiwanis International’s Queens West Division.
