The Six Shutters Meditation, by Zee Charnoe, 2007

Today we are taking a one-week break from the General Series (G.S.) that was all produced during the "Harbinger Era", from 1967 to 1969. The Six Shutters Meditation is a fairly detailed and deep form of meditation. What is meant by this, is that the meditation is beneficial to all who will focus their attention on it, but this meditation will be even more effective, if one or more of Zee Charnoe's earlier meditations are listened to, prior to listening to this one. Participants can listen to prior meditations, by Zee Charnoe, either by obtaining DVD's from us, or by going to ANACLYSM Radio Program's archived webcasts. The following two sessions were broadcast on one ANACLYSM program, on November 1st, 2009: 1 a. "Advanced Deep Relaxation Meditation Orientation" and 1 b. "Deep Relaxation". These two sessions were broadcast on one program, April 11th, 2010: 2 a. "Eternal You", 2 b. "Hypnosis Script". (During the recording of these two recordings, I had to interrupt the Hypnosis Script and reload it, so I switched to playing "Eternal You", first, followed by the "Hypnosis Script".) Please Note: For this meditation session, you may wish to wear comfortable clothing, and have easy access to a pillow, a blanket, and a glass of water. You will want to turn off your phones, etc. A further suggestion: Participants may want to read the "Six Shutters Meditation" script ahead of time, and / or may want to read it at the same time they are listening to Zee's voice.
