Eternal You meditation, followed by a Hypnosis Script

Today, we will be playing two recordings, 45 minutes and 35 minutes respectively. These meditative sessions were presented by Zee Charnoe, in more recent years, to small groups. The first recording is titled: Eternal You. The second recording is a hypnosis script. Both were recorded in 2006. To prepare for this broadcast, you might want to wear very comfortable clothing, you might want to be located in a very comfortable space, warm enough and cool enough, with the lights dimmed. You may need the use of a blanket and a pillow. It is suggested that after these recordings are archived, that you listen to each of them a number of times to gain the greatest benefits. (Added notes after this show was archived, on April 17th, 2010: Eternal You had to be interrupted, reloaded and re-played, in full. The Hypnosis Script was played, in full, first, but the sound quality was very poor. Eternal You was played again. The sound for this meditation was very good.
