This is I.T. (Inconvenient Truth)!!- Emotional IQ Part 2

What is your Emotional (Give brief definition then expand)? I know how easy it is to misplace anger or frustration on different people depending on how I am feeling personally because of pain or being mentally and physically tired. I have noticed that many people do the same thing. We (using the term loosely) become aggressive towards others for what it is we are going through at that moment. We fail to see that may be our actions, words, or attitudes affect how we are perceived. We don’t acknowledge other individuals and their feelings because in our minds we are the victims and everyone else are the problem. We may argue with family, friends, and even medical professionals all because we are hurt. I am seeing this more and more in society to where we aren’t listening to other but responding without listening/ taking to heart what is being stated.
