Orange County Referendums and More Corruption by the Orange County Commission

• Orange County Mayor Teresa Jacobs caught red-handed conferring with special interest friends and legal friends via text messaging during a public meeting.
• Orange County Commission played games with the January Ballot.  and the November Ballot. OCC is corrupt and Mayor Jacobs is the leader of the corruption.
• Current Orange County Referendums - Language is intended to be confusing.
