The subject of operational security (opsec), trust, and prepper groups come up quite often in forum discussions. Trust is an important part of gleaning prospective members of your survival group. After all, you are trusting your lives as well as the lives of everyone in the group on each other. I’ve covered my six step process that I use when considering new members of my group before, but this time, I’ll go a bit further and add into it, how to decide for yourself who you can or can’t trust. It’s not simply black and white. Some of the cues I pick up on that would preclude me from accepting someone into my group, may be the exact cues you are looking for in perspective members of yours. It’s not an easy process, and takes a lot of time. Friendships have to be developed, and that means that you have to open up somewhat to others also.

This week we’ll look at My 6 step member integration process, how to know what cues to look for, and the best ways to sit back and watch how someone interacts with others to decide if they may be right for your group.
