Who’s the Bad Guy?

Dave’s guest this week is Arthur J. Jones, an active participant in the fight for the preservation for White Western civilization for over 40 years.

His political activity began in 1967 and in 1968 he helped put George Wallace on the ballot, going door-to-door, calling on Black-owned businesses who resented the weekly extortion payments they made to support the Black Panther Party. In 1969, Jones was drafted into the Army and sent to Vietnam as a combat infantryman.

Jones entered college after his discharge from the Army, and became involved with the Young Republicans and was a delegate to the Wisconsin state Republican convention. He later joined the American Party in support for Congressman John Schmitz, whom Wallace designated his successor in the presidential campaign of 1972 after he was shot.

Disgusted by the media blackout of Schmitz’s campaign, Jones joined the National Socialist White People’s Party (American Nazi Party) and was that party’s candidate for Milwaukee mayor in 1976, where he received more votes than the candidates of the Republican Party, Socialist Workers Party and the U.S. Labor Party, but lost to the incumbent mayor. He remained with that party for eight years, then left to form his own organization, the America First Committee. Since then he has run for Congress in the 3rd Congressional district in Illinois, where he received 33% of the vote in the Republican primary in 2010.

Jones has continued his activism by speaking at rallies and demonstrations all across the South and Midwest, sponsored by groups such as Aryan Nations and the National Socialist Movement.

Jones’s grandfather was a World War 1 veteran, his father was a World War 2 veteran, and his mother was a veteran of the Women’s Army Corp. He is Welsh, Scottish, Norwegian and Swedish, and has been married to his 100% Irish wife, Patricia, a retired Chicago schoolteacher since 1983.
