He travelled with his family to motocross and supercross races all over Australia for 15 years winning many state and national championships along the way and becoming known as one of Australia's future racing stars.Cam has always been an easy going person and has never taken himself, or his riding too seriously. For Cam riding is all about having fun. His biggest strengths is that he is able to perform under immense pressure and very rarely makes mistakes. The highlight of Cam's career to date is landing the double flip for the first time, in Spain last December. It was the first double backflip during a freestyle competition.
