James Kelleher, author of two highly acclaimed books on Vedic Astrology entitled, “Path of Light,” has been a student of the traditions of India for more than 40 years.  After studying astrology in India, Jim worked as a professional astrologer in London for five years, assisting M.K. Gandhi, a world-renowned Vedic astrologer and spiritual adept. He later returned to the United States and quickly became one of the country's leading Vedic astrologers.  

James is the co-founder of the American Council of Vedic Astrology and the American College of Vedic Astrology.  He has been awarded the titles of Jyotish Kovid and Jyotish Vachaspati by the Indian Council of Astrological Sciences.
