As PRESIDENT, I want a Chief Justice to deliver Justice for the ages. I want a Chief Justice who would be me or better: Not a Conservative Chief Justice AND Not a Liberal Chief Justice. I explain as follows: you can not have a person judging who 1.) is afraid to see the other side; 2.) compro-mises and trades off the good of the ruling; 3.) sticks to policy or position to the detriment of the ruling. My choice of a Chief Justice is a person who can be conservative when necessary and liberal when beneficial – modify or not. Can such a person exists. One already does and it is I. I am both of these char-acters, souls and visions. Some things aught not change and some need to. Which ones must stay grounded: Fairness; Justice. A victim always gets fair, just treatment; a criminal always gets what she/he deserves, given the circumstances of the crime. If a person steals food, we ask why/what food/how much. A hungry person who steals Lobsters should be asked – have you ever had lobster, when was the last time and where was the last time. Everyone should have the chance to taste lobster. I would like to say the same for Truffles & Space flights. The young man/boy who stowed away in flight in the wheel well of an airplane  - he got the near death experience of freezing. He should also be returned home unless it was to reunite with his family, then earn/pay his way with appropriate restitution, or, if not a reunion, or need for medical care, or love or along the lines, and made to sacrifice ( do community work for the airline, etal. A definitive answer is not available even with these questions. I want smart and true Justice and a Chief Justice who can be relied upon to show mercy and resolve. And there is still more to the Qualifications - some of your questions and feelings.
