I grew up with music coming from every angle...With influences from Shelia E., MC Lyte, Jean Grea, Jungle Brothers, Jam Master Jay (of course RUN-DMC, but I always wanted to be the DJ), Lauryn Hill, Chaka Khan, Bon Jovi, Miles Davis...The list is just goes on and on...But just know music lives in me...it's the soundtrack to my life. Through my music I hope to be an influence for someone (or somebodies)!

    Well today is Friday and I'm trying to put together a great show, I really hope to have a lot of listeners joining us cause YALL MAKE THE SHOW!  Without Listeners, this showcase cannot work! 

    I need support from all of you!  I have been listening to many shows and all I ask is that the love is given back!  I don't want to promote on your shows I want to come together and build.  So many people are so negative and feel like they can't show support but they want ppl to support them.  It's gotta work both ways so I hope to hear from everyone who has heard from me!

    I PASSED!

    What's up everybody!

    I'm feeling good today...I just got my grades back for this last semester and I passed!! I'm so happy too!  I honestly thought I was doomed to repeat the classes but I was able to do it!  I go back to class next week so I have this week to really kick back and relax and get some BTR stuff going on! 

    Speaking of BTR, I need my BTR fanbase to grow and grow...so I hoping my current friends are willing to help me spread my message. 

    The message is this:

    "HIP-HOP ISN'T DEAD! IT'S CHANGING..." 

    I get so mad with music today, so I'm often forced to dig back into the crates for the ol' classics (vintage Rakim, Slick Rick and I even got my ears on some Nice & Smooth).  I miss those elements that made up hip-hop, but there not gone, just changing.  I think I need to accept that fact and the sooner I do, I can evolve. 

    Work with me family...I need yall!
