Whether you mean to or not, we are all give ourselves affirmations everyday. Whether they are good or bad is what we don't always understand or realize. By thinking we are not pretty or look the best we give ourselves the affirmation that we are not enough as we are. That is an unconscious affirmation that turns into negative self image.
By feeling that we are enough, look pretty enough are more than good enough and that people have to accept us as we are is a positive thought affirmation.
These are our thoughts. I will give you steps to think in positive affirmative ways as well as actual affirmations you can say to change your negative thinking to positive, it will change your life!
