Tow Truck thwarted in car theft attempt Summerville, South C

All of the Low Country is asked to keep a look out for a mid to late 1990's model, white Chevy tow truck with possibly blue/dark blue lettering on it.  The driver is described as a white male, mid 30's, black hair with full facial hair unshaven in about a couple weeks worth of growth, 5' 10 to 5' 11 and chubby.
