The biggest problem (in my opinion) is that young black men and women are NOT taught to have a love of LEARNING. Regardless of the fact that standards for colleges have gone way down, if more young black men and women were taught to love to learn then they'd be able to make the best out of the opportunities presented by primary, secondary, and higher education.
