The level of Indigenous self-hate and loathing is spiking these days.  Simply put, black folks just don’t seem to like each other much today.  We see it everywhere, from our women wearing weaves and questionable fashion to our men judging our sisters by European beauty standards, to the number of black conservatives spewing self-hate to Indigenous celebrities who openly side with the enemy.  If White Supremacy affects all of us in every facet of our lives, then it’s also true that we suffer from varying degrees of self-hatred, no matter how minute they might be.  It’s one thing to give a critical analysis of one another, but it’s another thing entirely to tear each other down, which we have a worldwide reputation for doing publicly.  We know White Supremacy is the cause, but what are some of the effects our self-hate has inflicted on us?  How has it held us back?  What can we do to love ourselves wholly again?  Join me as we discuss at length.  It happensThursday!
