Stereotypes:Why society attack people for being different?

Tonight we want to discuss how being different will bring a degree of backlash. No matter your race,gender,economic position or sexual orientation we have a particular stereotype. When we dare to not be the norm of what society think we should be we go through a lot of things. Who created these stereotypes? Why should we feel pressured follow society image of who we are? All people should be themselves no matter what it can be. Unfortunantly many people are not being themselves due to pressure of conforming to a image they didn't create.
