Hello folks, and welcome to another episode of ADR-NOW!  I am your host, Anthony Johnson.

I have been speaking with many homeowners who have sale dates approaching in the coming weeks and months and decided to air this episode to discuss how Injunctive Relief can be a powerful tool in the foreclosure mediation process to stop the sale of your home.

We will cover how to ask the trustee (in a non-judicial foreclosure state), or a Court (in a judicial foreclosure state), to postpone the sale date and remand for mediation in efforts to reach a resolution that both mortgagor and mortgagee can live with.

So if you have been served with a Lis Pendens, Notice of Default, or Notice of Acceleration, please tune in.
