He has also toured at Mr. Mehta’s request with the Israel Philharmonic. His teachers included Dorothy DeLay, Masao Kawasaki, Glenn Dicterow and Felix Galimir. A prolific recording artist, Mr. Levinson is currently involved in three major recording projects.
