The Conflict Dynamics Profile assessment instrument provides people with a better understanding of their behavioral responses to workplace conflict.  It measures fifteen different behaviors as well as behaviors in others that can trigger irritation in individuals.  The workshop will provide participants with an understanding of:  the model underlying the instrument, the behaviors and triggers that are measured, the reports generated for people who have taken it, and the developmental workbooks provided to clients.
