Is the Moorish American Party innovative? Is it evolutionary? is it going to create change?

Does this mean we must be good U.S.A Citizens in order to exact political power or can we define our own? Are we confusing power even political with being accepted or liked (eve as our own recognized political body of the United States? Is the Moorish American pary a new franchise opportunity for people of melanin with black status and a U.S.A Nationaity or proclaimed Moorish American? 

Either way is this a power we want and will it create real change that we need? You be the judge.
