It has been estimated that in San Antonio, Texas there are over 150,000 stray animals. SASS is an information hub working to assist rescue groups and advise citizens the extent of this issue.  Toni Morelli, an SASS volunteer, will discuss her duties and how this group educates community members that pets are breathing and loving companions.
