Lokey Kountry is a Southern Soul artist from North Carolina. Growing up with roots in quartet, gospel, funk, and R&B music, he uses that to create a familiar old school-soulful sounds. “I used love to listen to the quartet bands in church and funk groups, they just seem to create melodies that just made you move”. Lokey takes the same approach in making his music and has high energy in his performances. “My music is for every day, hardworking, real people. It’s real talk, for real folks. I want people to relate and feel the song as if it’s their own thoughts.” And with songs such as “Timeless” and “Hold On”, there’s no wonder Lokey Kountry is gaining interest all over the Carolinas and further South. In this post pandemic year, Lokey has performed at over 7 venues, including the trailride scene in Texas areas. He has expanded he discography with new hits like, “Countyline” and “Trailride” (I Met A Girl).  He also has songs featuring great artist like Krishunda Echols (Finders Keepers), Jay Tutta (Roll and Wind), and more on the way. As he continues to make more new music and share it, he is pushes the mantra “Real music, is still music”. And as many fans have found out, Lokey Kountry’s Countyline Music…is really good.
