We will take up last week's topic since I had an injury. We will discuss feelings, emotions, why it's not good to keep them pent up within you, cry, go outside or into a pillow and scream. Have a punching bag get physical. Learn how to journal daily life and see where you get from the first journal writing to later writings, it truly is therapeutic.
