Bathroom Wars

All over the United States, transgenders are fighting for the right to use the restroom of the sex that they identify with.  The issue at hand is not a matter of sexuality, but one of civil liberties.  Should transgenders be allow to choose which restroom to use? The White House solved this issue by creating gender neutral restrooms.  If this is the best solution, should businesses and schools be forced to institute the same policy, or is this policy another form of discrimination?
