The Panthers won but the offense is still bad and we're not happy

Brian, Brad, and Jon share their takes on the Panthers 17-3 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday. As has been the theme for recent weeks, the main topic of conversation is the offensive woes. Did Sunday's win over the Bucs create some optimism for the offense? Is Shula still bad? Is it the roster's fault? Who's to blame for the roster?
