Needs of those who have asked for prayer. Needs of those who may not have requested but are in need of it. People. Situations. Your own or those of others. Petitions and thanksgiving. Come and speak live on air or breath your silent prayer.
Additionally, it is optional to participate in Fasting Fridays: Some are choosing to avoid for a period once a week from things they believe interfere with their spiritual focus. Fasting is an individual endeavor with the Lord.
For your general spiritual support, the book, "Strong in the Broken Places: A Plan Behind the Pain" is recommended.
