Born from hardworking roots, Joy has experience in creating new businesses, forming respect and relationships with business owners, consumers and her community. Thanks to her parents' stern upbringing, she grew up knowing the importance of being punctual and organized. Joy has always been destined to reach up, reach back and reach out to help others. She has done event planning and personal management for artists in Christian and secular entertainment.
Through all of her accomplishments, she finds her greatest enjoyment in leading, encouraging and mentoring those in need. Lastly, she credits all of her success from learning the importance of pushing ahead even in short-term failures.
As she heads Be The Difference, her main goal is to continue to encourage and bring what many do not want to discuss to the forefront. The sky is the limit and she will keep pressing on in every endeavor!
