Effective leadership is a skill that’s honed through trial by fire. You can read all the books in the world on the topic, but until you start making the executive decisions that will determine the course of your business or your life, you aren't a leader. I help individuals and teams develop the confidence and savvy to be effective leaders. 

But great leaders know that you need more than bravado to rise to the top.  A great leader is able to hear and respond to the constantly shifting needs of his or her team. I teach the critical listening and communication skills, garnered through more than thirty-five years in management and market excellence.

And above all, the top leaders in every industry, are able to maintain a high level of accountability through ethics. My philosophy toward business is that it’s most effective when conducted within an ethical framework that benefits not only the bottom line, but the communities and neighborhoods where we live and raise our families.
