Many are unaware that slavery was not just some common servitude, it was war, and a racial war at that. Since the war, Black People have became very depersonalized we jump from definition to definition, image to image, still striving to be someone outside of ourselves. We have become very complacent in the face of danger, violent racism and genocide. Slavery as any war, with it came psychological warfare. Black people did not go into slavery willingly, there were over 313 slave revolutions in America alone. But today Black people, are depersonalized and complacent when facing death by terrorist & extremist criminals in law enforcement and civilian white supremacist, embolden by the current administration, currently committing ongoing genocidal acts against depersonalized and complacent Black people. Is this normal? If not, what can we do to prevent, heal or cure?
