What causes depression? Is there a cure? Suicide is the 2nd leading cause of death among young adults in America. Why?

Our world has many problems to say the least. People around the world are suffering from depression in record numbers. What is causing the rise in depression? Is there a cure?

I will share great wisdom and conversations that I have had with our Creator, Hashem, God. In my darkest hours, in the aftermath of my spiritual awakening, my faith in God was tested many times. I am gratified that I never wavered in my faith, but I fully understand why people do. Please let me help you understand how I know Hashem is not only real, but that we all come from His magnificence. If people fully understood who they truly are, they would heal from the inside out.
