Dean Correia is the founder of Correia Security Resources, a Canadian company that specializes in customized security training workshops and services for businesses and schools. Dean has had a career in operations and loss prevention in Canada spanning more than 20 years, holding senior leadership roles with global brands GAP, Starbucks Coffee, and Walmart. Dean’s passion is enabling business’ to succeed by protecting people, safeguarding assets, and optimizing profit.

Simon Harmgardt is an eighteen year-old entrepreneur, with boundless enthusiasm and a contagious smile. The Oakville, Ontario native is a first-year student majoring in Commerce at Queen's University.

Simon is a juggler! He has found a way to combine philanthropy with fun and founded STOP – Simon’s Tour of Positivity. He entertains at both private and corporate functions. And often donates his talent to charities for fundraising purposes.

Simon is an avid ambassador of youth volunteering. He has an array of prestigious awards, including: the Canadian Merit Scholarship Foundation Loran Award, Toyota Earth Day Scholarship, Ontario Medal for Young Volunteers, Ontario Junior Citizen of the Year Award, Lieutenant Governor's Volunteer Award for Students, YMCA Peace Medallion, Police Chief's Commendation Award and Blakelock Student of Excellence.
