Join Donna Messer as she talks to Athena D’Amato of Angle Media Group and Zahraa Al-Ali

Athena is with Angle Media Group, a Rich Media Communications Company located in Toronto. Athena and her team help integrate Video, Animation and Web Solutions that generate measurable results. Her team was involved in the strategy, development and execution of the filming of the Discovery 2012, Ontario Centres of Excellence Mentoring Event for Entrepreneurs and Innovators.

Zahraa Al-Ali is an Electrical Engineer, serving as the Education Outreach Committee Chair for the Professional Engineers of Ontario (PEO) Oakville and Milton Chapter, for the past 4 years.

She is dedicated to encouraging young female students to consider Engineering, when choosing a career path. Zahraa is actively involved outreach programs is schools and universities locally and across the GTA.

An active volunteer, she donates her time and talent to the Project Management Institute (PMI) Lakeshore chapter, while working towards her certificate in Project Management.

Zahraa works within the Commercial Operations Business Unit at Ontario Power Generation. She is one of the dedicated individuals who make sure we don’t have blackouts! She is an EmPOWERed woman! She will share her experience with the mentoring program for women initiated through OPG.
