Led communications planning for major combat operations including international media coverage of the ?Surge? 2007-2009. James Hutton started writing about U.S. operations surrounding the evacuation of U.S. forces in Afghanistan in the summer of 2021. Writing about it naturally evolved to writing about Ukraine and China and later Iran. I consider all of those subjects intertwined.
