So much has has happened in my life since 2010. I got sober in 2013, and was finally treated for Bipolar 2, a mental health condition that had been misdiagnosed for several years. I am grateful to this day for the physician that eventually got the diagnosis right, and prescribed me the correct medication that stabilized my fluctuating emotions. During treatment and post treatment I learned a great deal about myself, and corrected a lot of untruths I was taught, and had been holding onto sacredly. They were a mix of religion, heteroxexual perspectives, and overall poor thinking in general. The climb out from the gutter changed how I saw the world and myself in the world as a black gay man. Gone is the desire to go clubbing and be a part of the hedonistic side of gay life. I am more quiet and settled now. My Wordpress blog ?Beautiful Soul,? that I started in 2010 has undergone a number of name changes, before I finally settled on one that I could live with. I share my experience, strength, & hope with others, as I continue gaining insight about myself. By no means is it a do-it-my-way type of thing, but more so a this -is-how-I-did-it, and hopefully it can help you find your own way. https://glenndgrace.wordpress.com/
