The routine was not healthy for her or her kids, and, spending only 45 minutes of quality time with them each day was not enough. Cross wanted more. She was stressed, overworked and underpaid.

Fast forward to 2011, and Cross is now a successful speaker, author, small business start-up expert and “mom” who has achieved the work/life balance that every woman dreams of.
