When she's not busy keeping the folks at Ignite in line, she miraculously finds time to run a social networking site that addresses the top five health concerns of African-American women, show up to her daughter's soccer games, volunteer at a Detroit-area women's shelter, and curl up on the couch to appreciate the television dramatics of the Kardashians. You can understand why, around Ignite, her nickname is Deidre Bounds-less!
