This program is Hosted by Curtis Martin, Program Coordinator for Antelope Valley Clean Cities. The Clean Cities Program is run out of the Dept of Energy's Advanced Transportation Division and is a public/private partnership, which encourages local decisions to adopt alternative fuel vehicles.
