This week's topic will touch on the controversial politics of existing US Government detention centers such as the Guantanamo facility, the CIA black sites all around the world, and the growing American citizens’ fears of the growing repressive nature of the United States government to define dissent and protest as a category of terrorism – and from there into being detained indefinitely by the US military. 

What is the future of American freedom and democracy?  Will or has public protest be outlawed?  Do some American have fewer freedoms than other Americans?  Is our United States Constitution under attack?
