“I have never been interested in fame as a motive for doing anything. Either in myself or in others. I find the desire for fame or this also could be called the desire for success, be very hollow, uninspiring and even ugly. What I have always found deeply intriguing is the desire to create, the desire to do something for the joy of doing it. I find this overwhelmingly attractive. I think this difference in motivation is most obvious in art and music. The recognition of this difference has formed my decisions in life and business from an early age.”

With over 35 years in the entertainment industry, I have been involved with a diverse spectrum of the industry. The key, in my view, is enthusiasm paired with a detailed focus on the why.
