Shlomo Kramer’s specialty is building disruptive enterprise IT companies. In 2008, Kramer was named CEO of the Year by SC Magazine. In 2006, he was selected by Network World magazine as one of 20 luminaries who changed the network industry. Currently, Kramer serves as the president and CEO at Imperva (IMPV), a global leader in business security.  Prior to founding Imperva, he co-founded Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. (CHKP) in 1993. Kramer was also an early investor and board director in a number of security, enterprise software and consumer services companies, including Palo Alto Networks (PANW), Trusteer, WatchDox, Incapsula, Sumo Logic, Alicanto, Lacoon and SkyFence. Previous investments include Worklight (IBM), Business Layers (CA) and Digital Fuel (VMware).

Kramer received a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Tel Aviv University.
