The Primary Objective of this particular segment is to form a coalition of consumers that on occasion have either filed complaints and had them resolved with those that have not. it has become appattent that with the decline of the US economy there has arisen an increase in poor customer service. in inviting both customers and cusromer service associates to one round table call - in discussion we hope to make some improvements with this relationship.
