Part II Female Perspective on Sexuality, Nicola is talking as my guest tonight

Nicola is my guest tonight, also a Faciliator at www.thegatehouse.org - we will be talking about sexuality from a female perspective.

Nicola has experienced many types of trauma throughout her lifetime, as well as childhood sexual abuse. She designed a program for the Gatehouse of Trauma Informed Yoga, developed with survivors in mind, allowing the space for survivors to feel back into their bodies, which yoga can do, once the person is ready to work through this.

Nicola also assists with the Partners Program, Phase 1, Phase 2, The Memoir Group, The Grief Workshop, and in the Fall this year with the Reconciliation Group.
