He is the author of several books about Gnosticism and related subjects, including The Gnostics: History * Traditions * Scriptures * Influence, The Gospel of Philip: Annotated & Explained, Gnostic Writings on the Soul: Annotated & Explained, Lost Sayings of Jesus: Annotated & Explained and the A Dictionary of Gnosticism.
