Surviving the Demanding Years of Parenting

Join Host  and Aliveness Coach, Star Staubach of Stellar Evolution Coaching as she supports you with tips on ways to survive the early years of parenting.  When children are young, they have a LOT of needs and quite frankly, they are demanding.  It goes with the territory.  That being said, sometimes those demands can stress a mother out!  

Host Star Staubach has recently returned from the beaches of Florida where she interviewed veteran mothers where they shared their tips on how to move through those challenging years of early childhood.

Star will share the answers she collected to these two questions;

1. What tips do you have for mothers of young children? 

2. What did you need during those years, but didn't know how to ask for?
