November is National Adoption Month and tonight Ms. E speaks with Ruth Amerson, Founder & CEO of Another Choice for Black Children in Raleigh, North Carolina; and Adoptive Parent. Ms. Ruth will share the passion to increase the rate of permanent families for the disproportionate numbers of African-American youth in the foster care system without permancey, which led her to opening North Carolina’s first African-American adoption agency, and eventually introducing and adopting another teenaged son into her family.
